As an Adaptive Insights Architect, you will play a vital role in implementing and optimizing financial planning and analysis (FP&A) solutions for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.

What your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their FP&A requirements and translate them into actionable solutions within Adaptive Insights projects.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to clients.
• Effectively communicate complex concepts and train end-users on the use of financial systems and tools.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve client issues, leveraging strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years in FP&A or financial consulting, with at least 2 years of hands-on Adaptive Insights experience and demonstrated success in leading at least two Adaptive Insights implementation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
• Familiarity with diverse industries and understanding of how FP&A needs vary across sectors.
