Location: Barcelona, Spain – Hybrid

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (39 hours/week)

Salary: €25,330 (Gross/Year) + up to €4,470 (Gross/Year) Bonus

The Opportunity

Are you a Swedish-speaking sales professional looking to take your career to the Mediterranean? We are looking for an Ad Sales Account Executive to join our team in Barcelona. This role is a unique blend of Business Development, Full-Cycle Sales, and Account Management, specifically focused on the Nordic market. You will help Swedish brands grow by leveraging industry-leading digital advertising solutions in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Identify and target high-potential Swedish accounts through research and strategic outreach (calls, emails, social media).
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and present tailored advertising proposals that drive real ROI.
  • Full Sales Cycle: Own the journey from initial contact to "Closed-Won." Negotiate contracts and consistently meet revenue targets.
  • Initial Success Management: Act as the main point of contact for the first 90 days post-sale, ensuring campaigns are optimized and clients are satisfied.
  • Nordic Strategy: Navigate the complex stakeholder structures of the Nordic market, building trust and rapport with key decision-makers and agencies.

Requirements

  • Languages: C2 level in Swedish and advanced proficiency in English.
  • Experience: 2+ years in sales, preferably combining SDR/BDR and Account Executive/Manager roles.
  • Digital Expertise: Strong understanding of digital advertising, performance marketing, and e-commerce ecosystems (Pinterest experience is a plus).
  • Nordic Cultural Awareness: Deep understanding of Swedish business etiquette, flat hierarchies, and cultural nuances.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to manage skeptical customers and complex ROI questions with analytical thinking.
  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
