About The Role We’re looking for a performance‑focused Ad Copywriter to support our growth and marketing efforts by crafting clear, compelling copy for paid social and digital campaigns. This is a part‑time contract role (20–30 hours/week) for an initial 3‑month period, with the possibility of long‑term continuation based on performance.

You’ll work closely with our marketing and creative team, collaborating with designers to turn ideas and insights into high‑performing ad concepts. This role is best suited for someone who understands conversion, audience psychology, and platform‑specific best practices.

Your Responsibilities

  • Write high‑converting copy for paid ads across platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Display, etc.)
  • Develop multiple hooks, headlines, primary text variations, and CTAs for testing
  • Collaborate with designers to align copy with visual concepts
  • Adapt messaging for different audiences, formats, and funnel stages
  • Create compelling copy for other marketing materials, including email campaigns, sell sheets, presentations, and other collateral
  • Iterate on copy based on performance data and feedback
  • Maintain brand voice while optimizing for clarity and conversion

About You

  • You have proven experience writing ad copy for performance marketing (not just organic or brand copy)
  • You understand how to write for paid social and digital ads, including hooks and scroll‑stopping messaging
  • You can generate strong concepts and iterations independently, across ads, email campaigns, and other marketing materials
  • You’re comfortable working with briefs, feedback, and performance insights
  • You can write concise, persuasive copy that converts without sounding gimmicky
