We have an exciting opportunity for a Pricing Manager to join our team in our Warsaw office which is in close cooperation with Aviva UK Personal Lines Underwriting team.
The role would be suitable for someone who wants to develop further in non-life insurance pricing.
What will you be doing?
Managing a team of 6 pricing professionals
Knowledge sharing and taking care of development of less experienced colleagues
Stakeholder management and managing communication with the UK Personal Lines Underwriting team
Creation of analyses and recommendations for changes in pricing models (motor and home insurance)
Implementation of changes to pricing models
Automation and optimization of existing processes related to reporting and creation of pricing models
Participating in projects led by Aviva as business needs arise
What we’re looking for?
Good analytical skills
Experience in team management
5+ years experience in non-life insurance
Knowledge of Radar
Knowledge of Excel
Knowledge of SQL and basic programming skills
Knowledge of spoken and written English to present complex technical issues in the workplace
Interpersonal skills (working in a team, taking part in discussions, accepting feedback)
Nice to have:
Knowledge of PowerQuery, PowerPivot
Experience in tariffs or underwriting
