The team is responsible for the preparation and analysis of assumptions for the needs of Solvency II (SII), International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS17) and Value New Business (VBN). Additionally, we participate in the review of newly developed insurance products.
Our Warsaw Office, located in the City Centre, is the Center of Excellence primarily for our Europe Region, but also supporting our broader EMEA and Global functions. It is home to various Financial and Operations teams, including Actuarial.
The Opportunity
The Actuarial Analyst is responsible for reviewing assumptions in line with SII and VNB across 10 countries. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in the SII and, in the future, IFRS17. We have a range of training programmes designed to gradually build your technical knowledge in each area as you gain further experience in the team. You will have the opportunity to work in an international environment. You will learn about life product solutions from different countries.
Success in this role requires strong problem solving and analytical skills. The Actuarial Analyst is responsible for the review of assumptions to our Prophet model. You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of the Actuarial Function and with the modelling teams in an environment where every contribution is respected, and every perspective is heard.
