Obowiązki

• Leadership in quality assurance activities in dedicated production area
• Leadership in problem solving activities, promoting of logical thinking and "speak with data" mindset
• Customer claims management  according to defined standards and timing
• Coordination and development of Quality Engineers Team
• Implementation of internal quality standards according to Valeo Group procedures
• Change management and deviation management according to Valeo standards
• Promoting and continuous improvement of quality mindset within the organisation
• Representation of Valeo in front of customers (in dedicated production area)
• Management of customer visits and internal audits (in dedicated production area)

Wymagania

• University education with an engineering degree
• Min 5 years of experience in quality in automotive business
• Managerial skills
• Knowledge of international quality standards (IATF, VDA 6.3) and quality tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, PDCA/FTA, 8D)
• Fluent english
• Teamwork spirit, analytical and logical thinking, results orientation, reactivity, rigor and precision multitasking
