Monitor the health of AD services, ensure backups, disaster recovery and overall business continuity
Apply security hardening by enforcing baseline configurations, securing Kerberos/NTLM policies and disabling legacy protocols
Define, configure and enforce access policies including MFA, RBAC, PAM, federation and single sign-on solutions
Oversee application onboarding, role-based access control and privileged account management
Monitor replication, synchronization, authentication and proactively prevent errors
Ensure compliance of IAM systems with organizational security policies, standards and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with IT teams, application owners, business stakeholders, vendors and partners to deliver effective IAM solutions
Provide training and support to Service Desk and interact with management and business users to communicate technical issues and support implementations
requirements-expected :
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
5 or more years in IT and Systems engineering or systems administration
Previous Level 2 or 3 experience hands on supporting a business
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Skilled in managing complex multi forest directory Services and Cloud Identity platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience of IAM technologies and frameworks, including Active Directory (Entra ID), LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and others
Professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), or similar are highly desirable
