About the project

For our customer, leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation we are seeking an Active Directory Engineer with French language.

Project information:

•Location: The offices are spread across Poland, in each major city.

•Mode of work: hybrid, 30% on site.

•Type of employment: permanent employment contract

•Project language: French and English (min B2)

•Character: Digital Transformation

Your responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD) infrastructure, including user accounts, groups, organizational units (OUs), and Group Policies.
  • Monitor and optimize AD performance, ensuring high availability and reliability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AD-related issues, including replication, login failures, and policy application
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for escalated issues related to end-user computing environments
  • Implement and manage security policies for user authentication and authorization
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate AD with other systems such as Azure AD, Exchange, and Microsoft 365

Our requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, managing workplace technology and end-user environments
  • Excellent command of French and English (at least B2 level)
  • Familiarity with identity and access management (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta).
  • Proficiency in managing Windows Server environments, particularly Active Directory and DNS
  • Experience with hybrid identity management
  • Strong knowledge of Group Policy Management and PowerShell scripting for automation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
