People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the countrys oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner (EU Institution), we are looking for : Active Directory Certificate Services Engineer to join team and support the management and monitoring of identity and access management (IAM) systems, hybrid work in Warsaw office.

Your duties will include:

• Administration and monitoring of ADCS, ADDS, Entra ID, and ADFS.
• Providing 2nd line support for IAM, identity systems, and federation services.
• Identifying IAM risks and recommending mitigation measures.
• Participating in 24/7 on-call rotation for IAM services.
• Collaborating with other teams in the areas of infrastructure, networks, and systems.
• Developing and implementing best practices for IAM services and processes.
• Creating and maintaining operational documentation, procedures, and configurations.
• Support development teams in IAM-related services across development, UAT, and production environments.

Requirements that must be met:

• Minimum of 3 years experience administering Active Directory certificate services (PKI).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Active Directory and Entra ID engineer.
• Experience in administration and configuration of the following components: ADCS (CA), Active Directory, AIA, CDP, CRL, Policy/Exit modules, Entra ID.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior staff.
• Experience in writing technical specifications, user and technical documentation and communicating technical and user requirements effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Initiative and responsibility for assigned areas of work.
• Very good English and Polish (B2)
• Citizenship of EU country
