Accounts Reconciliation Team Lead

Twój zakres obowiązków

Oversee and perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and account certifications for multiple North American platforms.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness for all reconciliation processes.
Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entries and variance analysis.
Collaborate with business partners and senior management to validate transactions and resolve discrepancies.
Lead and mentor a growing team, fostering engagement and professional development.
Drive process improvements and contribute to building best-in-class SSC practices.

Strong knowledge of balance sheet and P&L accounting.
Hands-on experience with reconciliations, variance analysis, and month-end close.
Previous experience in SSC or high-volume transaction environments (insurance, fintech, retail preferred).
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Workday preferred).
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
Leadership experience or readiness to step into a team management role.
