Responsibilities

• Actively contact customers via phone and email
• Follow up on credit card transactions and related master data
• Create reports and provide data for use in periodic credit committee meetings between global, regional and local teams
• Ensure all customer contact is documented and requests are actioned in a timely manner

What you’ll bring to Alcon

• Student status
• Very good English and Czech or Nordic language (minimum B2)
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
• Focus on details
