ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:



In this role you will:

• reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies,
• proactively contact clients to clarify payment formalities,
• monitor timely payments from clients,
• verify data within accounting systems,
• participate in preparing cyclical financial reports,
• collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• min. 2 year of operational experience in accounts receivable or collections,
• very good German (min. B1) and English (min. B2),
• strong organizational skills and a proactive approach,
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
• proactive and eager approach to continuous learning in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• possibility of contribution to the new financial shared service center in Katowice,
