• monitoring customer accounts
• accounting of customer payments
• reporting and analysis of receivables transactions
• managing accounts that exceed credit terms
• resolving errors in financial data
• supporting month-end closing activities
• answering questions from other departments and business partners
• analysing processes and proposing improvements
• debt collection
