We are looking for a Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Lodz, Poland, responsible for supporting the Financial and Business Control team.

This covers accurate cash collection and credit management.

As a Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist, your daily tasks will include:

• Supervising and ensuring accurate cash collection without discrepancies
• Reconciling customer accounts
• Resolving queries with customers and stakeholders
• Participating in month-end closing processes and audits
• Supporting transitions as needed within the individual’s area
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives led by others in the team

To be successful in this position, we expect that you have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or other business-related fields. Moreover, you bring with you:

• 0-2 years of working experience in the accounting area
• Very good MS Excel knowledge
• Knowledge of any other European language would be an asset but not a requirement
• Proficiency in English
• Willingness to learn about and understand the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process
• Good analytical skills
• Financial understanding
