Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant with German

Your responsibilities

• Management of the daily accounts receivable process and identification and implementation of efficiency improvements
• Control of the automatic invoice receipt and posting of daily incoming and outgoing payments and settlements
• Weekly dunning report release and customer support for collection
• Clarification of discrepancies within customer accounts
• Initiation of measures for the recovery of debts
• Control and clean-up of customer data
• Customer credit limit set up in SAP
• Reporting and analysis for receivables management

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree ideally in Finance & Accounting or related field
• Initial, related work experience in a similar role in AR
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• ERP experience, ideally SAP
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
• Advanced Excel, data management and analytical skills
• Working proficiency in English and German required
