Requirements:

• Working experience in accounting (AP / PTP) - at least 1 year
• Microsoft Excel (pivots, lookups)
• SAP knowledge and experience
• English - B2/C1
• Polish - communicative or native
  
  

• Degree in Economics / Finance and Accounting
• German - A2/B1

• Review and verify invoices and check requests, sort and match invoices, and set them up for payment 
• Reconcile payments and monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date 
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors, and handle inquiries and resolve issues
• Track expenses and process expense reports
• Produce monthly reports and assist in month-end closing
• Provide supporting documentation for audits and maintain vendor files 

• Office/flexible working hours, Monday to Friday
