WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

1. Verification of invoices for accuracy of documentation and data
2. Monitoring of invoices and timely processing of invoices
3. Accounting of invoices
4. Monitoring of payments
5. Support with business queries regarding payments
6. Support in the VMD process and preparation of documentation for escalated cases

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

1. Higher education in finance
2. 1-3 years finance experience preferably in Sales/Marketing environment with solid understanding of accounting & bookkeeping, preferably in P2P
3. 1-2 years of experience working with SAP
4. Good knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel
5. Good knowledge of English min B2
6. Working independently
7. Customer oriented thinking and acting
8. Proactive attitude
