We are recruiting for the Accounts Payable growing 15-people team, which provides invoice processing services worldwide. Working with us will provide new knowledge, and your colleagues will ensure you feel confident and comfortable while performing your daily tasks. Polands Finance Shared Service team consists of more than 50 people. Join us to feel a great atmosphere created by specialists who carry out their daily tasks with full commitment and passion. Additionally, you will collaborate with global teams in an international environment. Your work will primarily ensure timely payments to our suppliers.

Support us with:

  • Leading the team of professionals, Junior, Accountant and Senior Accountants (including setting individual and team goals, providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, recruiting new talents)
  • Supervising and coordinating AP processes – invoice processing, account posting assignment accuracy and other period end closing activities
  • Monitoring current workload in the team, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the team; ensuring the right task split in the team and business continuity and following existing accounting guidelines
  • Supporting AP team with your accounting and process experience
  • Ensuring best practice across all AP tasks by leading process improvements and standardization
  • Maintaining excellent internal and external customer relationships through effective and timely communication
  • Supporting AP Manager in different ad hoc tasks

You will thrive in this role if you have:

  • 5+ years of accounting experience in SSC/BPO
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader/Coordinator/Senior
  • Education related to economics, finance, accountancy
  • Excellent understanding of processes in AP and proven ability to constantly improve these processes
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills including the ability to resolve issues impacting different interconnected systems
  • Good planning and organizational skills, with ability to adapt to changing environments
  • Ability to build good relationships with different stakeholders
