Accounts Payable Team Leader

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounts Payable Payments & Query team for Continental Europe, the UK and Ireland
• Manage end‑to‑end payment processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance
• Oversee vendor master data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
• Coordinate supplier reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate reporting
• Handle and resolve supplier queries efficiently, maintaining high levels of service and communication
• Monitor KPIs, analyse trends and drive improvements
• Prepare PTP reports and ensure accuracy
• Improve AP operations by driving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT to support initiatives and resolve issues
• Ensure compliance and provide documentation for audits
• Develop and mentor team members

Our Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in Accounts Payable or Finance, ideally in a multinational or shared services environment
• Experience in leading a team or supervising AP operations
• Track record of driving process improvements and achieving KPIs
• Knowledge of accounts payable principles and practices
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline

Nice to have

• Knowledge and hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as Radius, JD Edwards, SAP, and ServiceNow
