Currently we are looking for Accounts Payable Specialist with English

Job location:

• Remote or hybrid from Wroclaw

Working hours: 11AM to 7PM

Responsibilities

1. Processing invoices accurately and in compliance with accounting standards
2. Uploading bank statements and transactions
3. Handling queries related to invoices and payments
4. Assisting in performing month-end closing activities
5. Setting up new suppliers
6. Creating basic reports
7. Assisting with updating process documentation in response to changes in country-specific regulations or requirements

Requirements

1. Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
2. Additional language skills are a plus
3. Experience in finance, accounting, or administration
4. Strong analytical thinking
5. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
6. Solution-oriented mindset
