Role Overview: As a Fixed Asset Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining the fixed asset lifecycle for the Inditex project. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with financial data, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to smooth accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Register new assets in the system (e.g., SAP FA), ensuring all information is accurate and aligns with company policies.
• Support the full asset lifecycle – from acquisition and capitalization, through depreciation, to disposal or retirement.
• Calculate and monitor depreciation in accordance with accounting standards and project‑specific requirements.
• Reconcile fixed asset accounts, prepare regular reports, and support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, and operational teams to ensure correct asset classification and timely updates.
• Ensure that all asset‑related processes comply with internal control standards and external regulations.
• Identify areas for improvement in the fixed asset process and contribute ideas for automation or optimization.

Knowledge and Skills

• Good command of English and Spanish.
• Basic reporting and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑communication skills.
• Teamwork ability and effective time management (including month‑end closure).
• Strong background in financial processes and accounting concepts.
• Previous experience in a customer‑service or financial role is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage tasks independently.
• Basic knowledge of SAP FA (good to have).
