Dürr Group Services is a dedicated support company within the group, helping customers across three global Dürr brands, with a primary focus on the European market. Our Shared Service comprises Service Hub, which directly delivers processes to our customers, and Expert Hub, where our employees are integrated into the German team to support client processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team, including planning, organizing, and monitoring daily operations
- Conduct regular performance reviews and 1:1s, supporting growth and development of direct reports
- Maintain strong client relationships at an operational level: reporting, escalations, change management
- Ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness in accounting processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting regulations
- Provide technical and operational support to team members in day‑to‑day activities
- Drive continuous improvements projects for AP team and lead the implementation process
- Coordinate month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closings to meet group reporting deadlines
- Monitor key KPIs related to AP process performance and implement corrective actions where needed
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance efficiency
- Ensure successful process migrations and onboarding of new processes
Qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a BPO/SSC, preferably in an Operations Manager/Team Leader or similar role
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1) – spoken and written
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to handle client escalations, build trust, and act as a business partner
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
