Job Responsibilities:
- Leads the Accounts Payable department, ensuring accurate execution of processes and controls while meeting SLAs and KPIs. Effectively manages priorities and workload to maintain operational excellence.
- Responsible for all aspects of people management within the AP department, including performance management, recruitment, training, and development.
- Drives a culture of Continuous Improvement by leading and participating in automation and standardization projects.
- Acts as the primary liaison with central Procurement Leadership on AP-related matters.
- Represents the AP Team in governance meetings and collaborates with key stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve escalations.
- Identifies and implements process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness across the Accounts Payable workflow.
Qualifications:
- University Degree in Finance/Business Administration or related.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in Accounts Payable gained from SSC/BPO structures, of which at least 5 in managerial roles.
- Experience leading broad teams.
- Proven record in driving change and transformation.
- Experience in SAP.
- Ability to engage with different stakeholders and communicate effectively.
- Fluent in English - Polish and additional European languages will be an asset.
