Job Details

• Location: Hybrid from Wroclaw
• Job Type: Full‑Time
• Experience Level: Minimum 1 year in Accounts Payable

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies
• Maintain and update vendor files and recordsAssist with month‑end closing activities and account reconciliations
• Prepare and generate accounts payable related reports
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and efficiencies

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts payable
• Proficiency in German (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, JDE, Oracle) is a plus
