Description

The Accounts Payable Accountant with French is responsible for processing company invoices, including employee expenses, has a daily contact with suppliers and cooperates closely with other departments at Arrow.

Your duties will include but are not restricted to:

1. Registering supplier invoices
2. Investigating supplier invoice disputes on a daily basis
3. Running daily, weekly and monthly reports in Excel and action open queries
4. Reconciliation of Supplier statements and dispute handling
5. Archiving and filing of documents in line with Country legislation
6. Assisting with other accounting jobs as required

A FEW THINGS YOU ARE AN EXPERT AT

1. Fluency in English and French
2. Fast learner with the ability to pick up new systems and processes
3. Great attention to detail and multitasking
4. Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables)
5. Numerate with accounting knowledge
6. Experience from a similar role would be an advantage
