Tasks:

• Manage and process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently

• Verify and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies

• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments

• Maintain detailed records of transactions and support documentation for audit purposes

• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable

• Participate in process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial operations

• Ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations and internal controls

Required skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounts payable or finance-related roles

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail

• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications, especially Excel

• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal

• Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance standards
