Job Description:

We are seeking an AP Accountant to join a team for our client, responsible for delivering high-quality Accounts Payable (AP) and invoice processing services. In this role, you will also collaborate in developing comprehensive efficiency and effectiveness across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a specific set of purchase invoice and AP tasks following current work instructions
• Invoice processing and accounts payable processing via different kinds of systems, processes, and automations
• Contribute to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the S2P process in line with AP objectives by suggesting improvement ideas and taking part in their implementation
• Carry out purchase invoice and AP tasks as part of the end-to-end processes, with an understanding of how they connect to the process
• Work with the global organization, including other divisions and clients, as well as auditors and suppliers
• Participate in various projects and process automation

What we expect:

• Min. 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Higher education in a field related to accounting/finance or relevant
• Good know-how on business process development
• Experience in SSC environment is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of Accounts Payable
• Good knowledge of (end-to-end) S2P process flow and on global collaboration
• Openness and meticulousness
• Willingness to work in a team
