We are seeking a talented individual to join our North America Career Products Account Management team at Mercer. This role will be based in Warsaw. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Manage client inquiries through the shared Client Engagement mailbox and oversee all aspects of client account servicing
- Ensure prompt processing of platform access requests and support sales activities including quote generation, contract drafting for review, and preparing supplementary materials as needed
- Maintain and audit records in MPower, our CRM tool to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Lead invoicing support activities including document review, billing coordination, and client communication
- Facilitate the survey participation process by managing user data, preparing for and leading meetings and client trainings, creating and sending schedules, reminders, and assisting with audits
- Communicate directly with clients primarily via email and occasionally by phone, supporting sales and renewal processes without direct selling duties
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage a fast-paced workload effectively
- Interest in client-facing roles
- Strong English proficiency for interaction with North American clients
