Our Global Business Services , located in Gdansk, organization is ensuring quality and timely processing of invoices and reconciliation of accounts as well as processing bank transactions of Hempel entities around the world.

Responsibilities:

• Processing manual payments according to procedures
• Processing the payments and entering them into the banking platform
• Posting bank payments
• Booking GL transactions from the bank statement
• Posting Eurocard/AMEX statements
• Working on current account: booking interests, rebooking clearing and central payments
• Reconciliation of daily bank transactions
• Bank and loan revaluations

Qualifications and Competences:

• Student (optimally in 4th/5th year) who wants to start/continue a career in accountancy
• Available at least 20 hours per week (up to 35 hours weekly)
• Communicative in English and Polish
• Positive attitude
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
• Ability to multi-task
• Proactive approach
• Good PC skills
• Willingness to learn

• Employment for a minimum of 3 months to a maximum of 1 year as a start
