- You will become part of a strong and collaborative team of managers.
- At KR Group, you’ll be actively collaborating across teams with the Tax Advisory Department, Legal Department, Technology Team, and Project Managers.
- We provide our clients with leading technology solutions: an ERP-class system, AI-based process automation, a proprietary workflow system tailored to the specifics of outsourcing, and integrations with banking and client systems.
- You will have unique hands‑on ERP experience with systems such as SAP and MS Dynamics.
- As a Manager, you will be able to participate in consulting projects such as: the implementation of financial and accounting systems, process audits, or due diligence, company mergers and liquidations.
- You’ll receive daily support for engaging with your team from both senior leadership and a dedicated HR Business Partner.
Your responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating the work of the team (managing the daily operations and development of an 8–10 person team of Coordinators, Accountants, and Assistants).
- Ensuring effective communication with clients and building long‑term relationships.
- Planning and executing tasks related to the General Ledger area (comprehensive coordination and oversight).
- Reviewing and verifying monthly and annual tax declarations.
- Independently preparing financial statements and cooperating with auditors.
- Supervising the accounting processes of assigned entities.
- Implementing process improvements and automation initiatives.
Our requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience managing accounting teams (e.g., in roles such as Manager, Junior Manager, Team Leader, Chief Accountant).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in independently managing books in accordance with Polish tax regulations.
- Very good knowledge of Polish accounting and tax regulations.
- English proficiency at C1 level (working with international clients).
Nice to have:
- Experience in a BPO/accounting outsourcing environment.
- Previous experience as a Chief Accountant.
- Experience in the commercial real estate or renewable energy sectors.
- Experience working with the enova365 system.
