The Retail Accounting Team Lead is responsible for supervising and ensuring that all retail accounting activities are accurately and timely performed for all entities across Europe. Furthermore, the Team Lead is responsible for the driving a strong service culture and monitoring if all standard operating procedures and best practices are understood and applied. We are looking for highly skilled professionals who are able to provide two-way communication between the team and key stakeholders.


  • Educational Background University degree in Accounting / Finance or related studies, master’s degree preferred
  • Experience in team management ideally in a Shared Service Center setup
  • Experience working in multinational organizations
  • Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the finance area of inventory, accounts receivables or related functions with broad understanding of the related functional areas
  • Experience in retail accounting or inventory accounting will be a plus
  • SAP and D365 experience will be a significant asset
  • Proficiency in the use of Excel
  • Quality and deadline oriented
  • Ability to identify future risks and provide solutions for them
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

,[Coordination and management of the European Retail Accounting team, who are responsible for posting and reconciliation of sales and COGS, Stock reconciliation, Cash and credit cards reconciliation, cooperation with the store managers during stock takes, retail invoicing of transfers between stores., Close the accounting periods in accordance with group closing calendar, policies and procedures., Prepare the additional reports to support business needs on the monthly/weekly basis for all units within the group, Support store audits and annual financial audits., Create new ideas to improve processes and take active part in continuous improvements/project activities., Contact point for Retail Operation Managers for financial/logistic processes., Monitoring of KPIs and derivation of measures for their optimization, Service and recipient-oriented communication with internal and external interfaces Requirements: SAP, Excel, Degree, Accounting, Team management, Communication skills, D365 Additionally: International projects, Możliwość rozwoju zawodowego, Training budget, Sport subscription, Private healthcare, MyBenefit, Free coffee, Free parking, Modern office, No dress code, In-house trainings.
