Accounts Receivable Accountant with German

About the Role

Unibail‑Rodamco‑Westfield is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist with German to join our Finance team in Warsaw. In this role, you will be responsible for managing receivables processes for our shopping centres, ensuring accurate invoicing, payment tracking, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Entering lease agreements into the accounting system
• Preparing and issuing invoices to tenants in accordance with lease terms
• Monitoring payment deadlines and managing the receivables collection process
• Posting and reconciling incoming payments from business partners
• Settling operating costs for shopping centres
• Supporting operational cost reporting for shopping centres

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting role or education in finance/accounting
• University degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and goal orientation
• Willingness to learn and collaborate in a team‑oriented environment
• Intermediate or higher English & German proficiency
