Responsibilities:

• Posting purchase invoices in accordance with the applicable procedures
• Analysis, reconciliation of balances and settlements with customers and vendors
• Periodic and annual reconciliation and confirmation of receivables and liabilities
• Participation in settlement of fixed assets under construction
• Assistance in keeping records and settlement of fixed assets and intangible assets
• Participation in the implementation of SAP S4 in related companies
• Taking part in the preparation of financial reports for HQ according to Polish Accounting Standards
• Developing knowledge of regulations and interpretations related to accounting and financial reporting according to Polish Accounting Standards

Key Requirements:

• University degree in Finance or Economics
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• The ability to think analytically
• Experience in working with SAP system will be an advantage
• Good command of English (at least B2)
