Job Description:

We are looking for you, if you:

1. have knowledge and experience in finance and IT systems supporting finance and are able to bridge business and technology,
2. have integral, domain exceeding knowledge of finance and especially of accounting,
3. have experience in the financial services industry and have knowledge on banking products,
4. have project management skills and have experience in implementing financial systems/software, especially accounting rules solutions,
5. have excellent communication skills in English (C1/C2),
6. are an excellent communicator able to build bridges between different stakeholders and to present your analyses in a clear manner,
7. are a real team player able to convincingly bring forward your proposals,
8. are able to work remotely from the other members of the team, product owner and chapter lead in a multi-national context,
9. have knowledge/experience with Aptitude Accounting Hub or any other accounting rules engine and product ledger,
10. have working knowledge and practical experience with Agile and Lean,
11. have knowledge of and experience with Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK),
12. are a self-starter and take responsibility to get the work done,
13. are an energetic and driven expert with strong analytical capabilities using state of the art methods and techniques,
14. actively keep up your professional knowledge and translate external trends into applicable knowledge,
15. like to work in a multidisciplinary squad (consisting of functional analysts and technical engineers),
16. continuously improve the way you are working and strive to work as a high performing individual,
17. by means of your organizational sensitivity, you are able to judge and weigh the importance of the requirements of stakeholders and come up with standardized and re-usable solutions,
18. actively ask for help and feedback and dare to give feedback,
19. continuously improve yourself and help your colleagues in their development by giving feedback,
20. willing and able to support users of the implemented or changed finance system in a supportive and friendly manner.

Information about the squad:

As a Functional Analyst, you work in a squad with colleagues from different areas of expertise. Together you work on a common purpose which is implementing accounting rules engine system.
