Accounting Operations Manager - AP & General Ledger

• Managing and executing monthly and annual financial closing activities in alignment with US GAAP
• Supervising AP operations, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and optimizing cash flow
• Reviewing and approving key journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals
• Maintaining and strengthening internal controls and accounting policies
• Supporting statutory filings, audits, and external reporting with high-quality documentation
• Identifying opportunities for process automation and efficiency - especially around ERP systems
• Coaching and developing team members, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration

Wymagania

• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, ideally with 3+ years in leadership
• Solid understanding of general ledger management and AP processes
• Strong command of US GAAP; IFRS experience is a plus
• Track record of working in international, high-growth, or subscription-based businesses
• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems, and passion for digitalization
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in cross-functional collaboration
• English fluency required; Polish is a plus
