Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Coordinator to join our Finance Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of accounting operations, supporting month-end and year-end closing processes, and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting principles, and local regulations.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation.
• Preparation of tax returns and other statutory filings (VAT, CIT, GUS, NBP, WHT).
• Contribute to process improvements within the finance function.

Requirements

• Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree or higher).
• Previous experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in an international environment.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of SAP systems is an asset.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
