About Us : Rockwell Automation is a leading Industry Manufacture company committed to excellence and new ideas. We are currently undergoing a significant finance transformation and are looking for a Senior Manager to lead our Records to Report (R2R) team.

Role Summary : The Senior Accounting Controller & R2R Manager will oversee the comprehensive accounting activities, including the Record to Report process, to ensure adherence to generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies, and external audits. You will manage the accounts payable, payroll functions, monthly closing of accounts, preparation of reports to support financial statements, and the end-to-end R2R process.

Your Responsibilities :

• Manage the daily operations of the accounting department and the R2R team.
• Oversee the entire R2R process, ensuring accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and integrity of financial records.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management review, and support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Coordinate budgeting, procurement, investment activities, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, tax regulations, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, controls, and internal controls.
• Be responsible for the accuracy of the general ledger and financial statements.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to refine processes and improve financial data integrity.
• Mentor team members within the accounting and R2R departments.

Qualifications :

• Proven leadership capabilities with a solid operational, technical accounting, and R2R background.
• Self-starter, flexible, with a high level of integrity.
• Action and goal-oriented in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Experience in progressive accounting principles and practices, including financial reporting, reconciliations, auditing, and R2R processes.
• Strong technical accounting skills and proficiency in accounting software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a corporate environment.
• Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in accounting, business accounting, or finance.
• CPA or relevant certification - value added.
• Experience in professional services (public accounting, management consulting, or similar fields).
