The office in Gdansk is established to provide accounting, financial and IT services for all companies within the Group, especially for kindergartens from Norwegian chain called FUS barnehager.

Responsibilities:

• Performing assigned tasks within AP area: processing invoices, updating vendor database, contacting vendors if needed
• Performing assigned tasks within AR area: issuing invoices, follow-up on unpaid invoices
• Taking part in bank reconciliation
• Data processing, analysis and reporting
• Cooperation with other team members
• Solving issues reported by internal users in ticketing system
• Taking part in interesting improvement projects including automation and robotization of processes

Requirements:

• Very good command of Norwegian (candidates with Swedish/Danish are also welcome)
• Bachelor’s degree
• We do not require work experience, but we will be happy to learn from your experience if you have any.
• At least basic knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel (we will teach you more).
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking
• Willingness to learn, improve and develop
• Experience with Xledger will be regarded as an advantage.
