Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Coordinating and supporting the AR accounting team, 7 team members
• Assigning tasks, monitoring results, and ensuring deadlines are met
• Cooperating with other departments in resolving open receivables
• Monitoring payments, preparing reports, and providing documentation for management
• Actively contributing to process improvements within the AR area

What We Expect

• Previous experience in accounting or finance (AR experience is an advantage)
• Experience in team coordination or strong leadership potential
• Knowledge of accounting principles and related legislation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle is an advantage)
• Czech language skills sufficient to communicate with the team
• English language skills sufficient to communicate with colleagues within Skanska Central Europe
