Job Tasks:
  • Accounting posting in the SAP system
  • Processing received invoices and partial issuance of invoices in the SAP accounting module
  • Check outgoing and incoming payments
  • Internal reporting (trial PL, expense report, support with biz plan preparation)
  • Communication regarding invoicing with clients
  • Processing of business trips expenses reports via the CONCUR system (tax related calculations are not involved)
  • VAT, CIT, Transfer pricing, e-invoicing (data preparation and communication with tax advisors, consultations for the sales department)
  • Support with preparation of business market researches, PowerPoint presentations, meeting minutes
  • Registration of new suppliers in the system
  • Close cooperation with branches abroad
  • Processing of HR related administration (communication with recruitment companies, updates of employment agreements, preparation of data for payroll processor)
  • Ability to go for biz trip
Requirements:
  • University education economics preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting or similar position is a must
  • Excellent orientation in the field of Polish accounting and awareness of international accounting standards
  • Very good knowledge of taxes (especially VAT)
  • Basic orientation in transfer pricing issues
  • Advanced English – daily written and spoken communication
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel , Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge about labor law regulations and interest in HR field
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
