Role

• Prepare complex billing documentation in accordance with contractual terms and partnering with project teams to assure a high-quality invoice is issued to the customer as well as daily processing of cash application queries.
• Support the daily processing of cash application, invoicing and other general accounting activities.
• Perform payable functions within the company’s invoice processing system and will have daily contact with vendors and other company personnel regarding the processing of invoices.
• Perform Month‑End Close Activities.
• Other Accounting, AP or AR duties aligned with their function.

We offer a mobile work schedule at our Krakow office with WFH days during the week.
