What we expect

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Full professional proficiency in Ukrainian
• minimum English proficiency at B2 level
• previous experience in accounting or finance positions, with a focus on general accounting and tax
• technical skills: proficiency in accounting software (preferably SAP)
• in-depth understanding of Ukrainian tax legislation and compliance requirements
• advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools
• strong analytical skills for interpreting financial data and preparing precise reports
• high ethical standards and integrity
• excellent organizational abilities and effective time management
• ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Your tasks

• responsible for maintaining accounts and financial statements in accordance withaccounting practices for Ukraine
• preparation of statutory accounts and fiscal reporting; may also include payroll, tax (VAT / CIT / PIT) and treasury
• coordinating and liaising with CEE accounting team; month-end closure management
• preparing reports and analyses as required
• processing sales invoices, purchase invoices, payments, bank statements, travelexpenses, allocation of charges, ICO billing and fixed assets control
• performing a variety of routine accounting duties as directed. Verifying the accuracy,completeness and consistency of accounting information received. Reconcilingaccounts, balances, etc.
• know-how in international and UA accounting and tax rules / regulations and proactive adaptation into local finance and accounting practices (prep of required tax calcs and returns)
• following and ensuring compliance with ethical and legal guidelines
