We are now looking for an Accountants with SAP to join our team (all accounting departments: PTP, OTC, RTR).

What we expect

• minimum a year of accounting experience, preferably in a Shared Service Center (SSC) environment (OTC/AR, PTP/AP or RTR/GL)
• SAP practical knowledge
• fluent in English (minimum B1+ level) and French (minimum B2 level)
• strong desire to develop and grow professionally
• excellent team player with a collaborative mindset
• openness to participating in international projects
• commitment to enhancing accounting skills and knowledge
• bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting or related field (or relevant accounting courses) - great asset!

Your tasks

• creating and maintaining internal control procedures
• resolving errors in financial data, ensuring accurate and reliable reporting
• analyzing processes and suggesting improvements
• working closely with team leaders, managers, and internal and external
• stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
• participating in various projects, contributing to the development and implementation of new initiatives
• adhering to company policies and regulations to ensure ethical and compliant financial practices
• being involved in internal and external audit activities, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining high standards of financial control
• activeparticipation in the month-end closing activities
• matching invoices received with goods received and ensure that all discrepancies are resolved
• handling questions from other departments and business partners regarding your assigned responsibilities
• if you join as an independent specialist you will support other team members and share your knowledge
