Accountant with German / Czech / Slovenian

Responsibilities

• Processing and verifying invoices as well as expense reports.
• Reconciling supplier statements while identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Recording client payments with ongoing monitoring of transaction accuracy.
• Preparing financial reports in addition to supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Overseeing accounts receivable processes; responding to incoming queries when needed.
• Creating regular internal and external reports, including relevant financial analyses.

Requirements

• Proficiency in German / Czech / Slovenian as well as English (at least B2 level).
• Previous experience in finance/accounting (e.g., Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Collections, Problem Resolution).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Very good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
