WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Account assignment and posting of vendor invoices, cash registers and inter-company invoices for the German branch
- Comprehensive invoice control
- Maintenance of master data
- Creation of balance confirmations
- Carrying out account reconciliations
- Preparation of closing entries
- Control of payment runs & cash flow management
- Support system testing for the new system environment
- Support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 2+ years of practical accounting experience (experience of supporting German market preferred)
- Very good knowledge of German is a must
- Confident handling of common accounting software & MS Excel
- Ideally experience with SAP (SAP Fi, MM and AA)
- Analytical, independent and autonomous working style
- Communicative and team-oriented
- Good knowledge of English is an advantage
