Key Responsibilities

Handle daily accounting operations, including posting documents, reconciling accounts, and preparing balance sheets.

Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in line with accounting standards and company policies.

Execute payment orders and monitor payment processes.

Prepare financial forecasts and analyses, including cash flow statements, profit and loss accounts, and balance sheets.

Support the preparation and review of financial reports to ensure compliance with regulations and audit requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives and projects.

Requirements

Responsibility, goal orientation, and willingness to continuously develop professionally.

University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in accounting.

Conversational English—ability to communicate effectively during meetings and interviews.

• Fluent Polish is required.

Excellent knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).

Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail.
