Main responsibilities

• Invoice Processing (PO, Non PO) and employee claims
• Handling vendor inquiries
• AP balance sheet accounts reconciliation and follow up on aged items
• Participation in month end closing
• Prepare monthly accrual
• Everyday communication with business partner
• Secure high quality and professional day to day accounting service within agreed SLA
• Identify potential process improvements within PtP area
• Internal controls

Requirements

• Minimum 2-year experience in the Finance area within AP Department
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in the team
• Very good Customer Service skills
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Very good knowledge of English language (written and oral)
• SAP knowledge
• Morning shift starting at 6 a.m.
