Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Accurately complete month-end duties including trial balances, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations
  • Assist Manager with monthly reports and month-end reviews, including journal entries and reconciliations
  • Assist in data compilation for statutory tax filings and quarterly/annual corporate tax filings
  • Contribute to team efforts by conducting ad hoc financial projects as needed
  • Manage workload to complete all activities accurately and within established timeframes and month-end deadlines
  • Take ownership of tasks and projects from start to finish
  • Adapt independently to team processes and workflows
  • Review processes to determine required tasks and timelines
  • Handle higher-volume and more complex processes or tasks for the team and partner entities
  • Learn and support all functional areas of the team
  • Research, resolve, and clean up accounting issues on an ad hoc or recurring basis
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and team responsibilities
  • Adhere to all internal systems, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Research and post GAAP conversion entries as required (e.g. IFRS to US GAAP)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner entities and internal accounting stakeholders

Wymagania pracodawcy

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting required (CPA or equivalent preferred)
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in International Accounting required
  • Fluent English, written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience working with ERP systems required
  • Experience with Workday ERP and Alteryx (preferred but not required)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable operating in a global, collaborative environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and handle sensitive information with discretion
