Invoice Processing:
*Issuance of sales invoices.
*Ongoing verification and acceptance of documents and invoices for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Accounting Operations:
*Data entry and posting of documents into the accounting system (sales and purchase invoices, bank statements).
*Working with both accounts payable and accounts receivable.
*Posting and calculation of provisions, currency valuations, accruals, and other adjustments.
*Ongoing analysis and verification of entries on accounting accounts.
*Reconciliation and confirmation of settlement balances.
*Entry and reconciliation of bank statements into the financial and accounting system.
*Maintenance and control of fixed asset records.
*Ongoing monitoring of receivables and analysis of accounts.
*Preparation and entry of transfers into the financial-accounting and banking system.
Financial Reporting and Compliance:
*Active contribution for monthly closing and reporting.
*Participation in the preparation and execution of annual audits.
*Creation and maintenance of financial records.
*Supporting the Chief Accountant in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
*Liaising with external auditors as required.
*Manage tax compliance, tax optimization and implementation of tax obligations as required.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles (HGB & IFRS) and current tax regulations.
Knowledge of German tax regulations is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
Fluent and communicative English skills.
Basic knowledge of German - to be able to understand the content of financial documents

Content of Work
As an Accountant in TECHNIA’s Poland team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations. You will be part of the ECAL team supporting the German, Austrian, and Polish markets.
