We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accountant and Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Rzeszow, Poland. This dual-role position combines accounting expertise with administrative skills to support our operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations while maintaining smooth office operations.
Job Position: Accountant and Administrative Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
Administrative Duties:
- Oversee office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Handle digital correspondence, scheduling, and coordination of meetings.
- Maintain and organize company records, both physical and digital.
- Provide administrative support to management and staff.
- Attend on-site meetings or tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant License.
- Driving License.
- Strong understanding of Polish financial regulations and VAT compliance.
- Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in an office environment and manage on-site responsibilities.
